Manchester United star player has leaked information about Erik ten Hag which could destroy his career!
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has replied to allegations that first-team players are leaking information to the media.
Despite coming off a promising 2022/23 season, the Red Devils have made a poor start to the 2023/24 season.
Ten Hag’s men were defeated 4-3 by Bayern Munich in their first Champions League group stage match on Wednesday evening.
According to reports in the English press, the United squad is beginning to question Ten Hag’s tactical decisions, and there are allegations that he gives preferential treatment to some of his best players.
In a news conference on Friday prior of their trip to Burnley, Ten Hag was asked about the reports, but he admitted he didn’t know for sure if there was a leak coming from the dressing room.
“I’m not sure if it’s a leak, but I know what people think and who my players are.” “Anyone can make suggestions; we don’t mind,” he remarked.
“At United, you have to win every game, so it doesn’t matter.” As always, it’s about how we play against Burnley; there’s no such thing as an easy game, especially against Burnley.”
United’s form on the field comes after a number of high-profile incidents off the field. The club has been chastised for how they handled Mason Greenwood’s return, while Antony is presently on leave after being accused of abuse by three women, and Jadon Sancho is practicing away from the first-team due to a disciplinary issue.
Ten Hag was asked if he has been surprised by the problems he has faced at United so far.
“No. This is my second year. “I know it’s not always going up; you’ll have gaps and grow stronger as long as you stick together,” he replied.
“That’s exactly what we’re doing. Staff, all staff, coaches, medical, everyone is unified in the locker room, and at unified, you fight.”
