DAVID RAUM OR ALEJANDRO BALDE?
Manchester United have reportedly been exploring options at left-back, with David Raum, Lewis Hall and Alejandro Balde among the names linked with a move in recent weeks.
With a deal for Hall looking increasingly difficult to complete this summer, the choice could ultimately come down to Raum or Balde.
At 28, Raum would bring valuable experience and proven quality. The German full-back is also known for his attacking contribution, particularly his ability to create chances and provide assists.
Balde offers a different profile. The Barcelona defender is younger, quick, dynamic and has significant room for development, potentially making him a long-term solution for United. However, his injury record over the past two seasons could be a concern.
Raum provides experience and immediate reliability, while Balde offers youth, pace and greater long-term potential.
