John Stones has had another worrying injury setback since he had to leave the game against Everton.

After missing the start of the season because of a hip injury, the central defender has been eager to get back to playing his best.

He was in the starting lineup to play his old team, but Stones had to leave because he got hurt when his legs got tangled up with Beto’s.

The defender was taken off because he looked like he was in pain and was getting treatment. Josko Gvardiol came on in his place.

We don’t know how bad the injury is yet, but Stones will be hoping that it doesn’t have a big effect on his season.

The 29-year-old has played 13 times so far this season in all categories.
