The first Premier League manager to be sacked has been named this evening after losing four premier League games in a row
Premier League manager is expected to be fired for the first time this year.
Andoni Iraola’s struggles at Bournemouth may be the reason the Premier League is about to fire its first manager of the year, according to reports.
The Spanish strategist assumed control of the Cherries during the summer, but things haven’t gone according to plan as his squad currently occupies the 19th spot in the table without recording a single victory this year.
Last season, Bournemouth barely made it out of the Premier League. They will have wanted to build on that success this year with some stronger performances.
Iraola seemed like the right choice to lead them, but a story from the Daily Mail suggests that his position is now becoming more precarious.
It’s not looking good for Iraola right now because Bournemouth might believe that this season can still be saved if they make the appropriate adjustment soon enough.
The Premier League is a whole different ballgame from what the 41-year-old previously accomplished at Rayo Vallecano, and it appears to be proving to be too much of a step up for him at this point in his coaching career.
