Former Chelsea manager Graham Potter is about to become the manager of one of the biggest clubs in the world

After being fired by Chelsea in April, Graham Potter is finally set to get a new job.

Todd Boehly fired Graham Potter from Chelsea six months ago, even though he looked like he was about to make things better at Stamford Bridge.

Potter was fired before he really got going in the job, just like Thomas Tuchel had been before him. It looked like the American owner had a quick trigger finger.

We have to wait and see what happens with Mauricio Pochettino, but Boehly must have already learned his lesson, since the way he worked before was clearly not possible.

The six months Potter has been away from football will have probably helped him get clear on what he wants to do next, and it looks like a surprise chance has come up for the 48-year-old.

Foot Mercato says that Potter is on the list of players Napoli would like to replace Rudi Garcia with as they try to win the Serie A title again.

This news source says that the players are now unhappy with their boss, which is why board members are calling for Aurelio de Laurentiis to fire Garcia.

Pedro Gallardo and Igor Tudor are also being talked about as possible replacements for Garcia, who is expected to be fired after only four months in charge. Potter, on the other hand, has competition for the job.

It would be a big deal for the former Chelsea player to be the last person left in this race.
