Bologna’s star striker Zirkzee is eyeing a move to Man Utd, offering a MASSIVE discount to fulfill his transfer dream! The Red Devils could snag a top talent for a steal.

Manchester United’s chances of signing Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna are looking promising, as the Dutch forward has signaled his approval for the move.
Over the past week, Zirkzee has been edging closer to joining Man Utd. This progress accelerated on Thursday, when it emerged that AC Milan, who had previously reached personal terms with Zirkzee, had lost their grip on the transfer.
Now, Manchester United is the frontrunner, and although the deal isn’t finalized yet, indications from the player’s camp suggest a move is imminent.
The main issue for Milan wasn’t agreeing on terms with Zirkzee or meeting Bologna’s €40 million release clause, but rather the commission demanded by agent Kia Joorabchian.
The Rossoneri were unwilling to pay Joorabchian’s €15 million commission, which significantly increased the overall cost of the transfer.
In contrast, Manchester United won’t face this obstacle. According to Nick Semeraro, the Red Devils are being offered a reduced commission rate by Joorabchian, thanks to a strained relationship between the agent and Milan. Instead of €15 million, Joorabchian is asking for €10 million from Manchester United, a notable reduction.
Zirkzee, who was recently called up to the Netherlands squad for Euro 2024 and might play against France on Friday, is reportedly “flattered” by Manchester United’s interest.
The situation now largely depends on Manchester United. Zirkzee clearly desires the move, and Bologna can’t prevent his departure if the €40 million release clause is met.
Zirkzee, who transferred to Bologna for €8.5 million in the summer of 2022, has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €21.3 million and has been dubbed ‘the Dutch Zlatan’ in reference to former Manchester United star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
