UNITED URGED TO BUILD AROUND THREE YOUNG STARS AS FANS DEMAND A CLEAR LONG-TERM PLAN TO RESTORE THE CLUB TO ITS FORMER GLORY

Manchester United need to stop rebuilding without a clear vision of what they want to achieve. If the club genuinely intends to compete for the biggest trophies, the focus must be on identifying the right young talents, developing their abilities and building a team capable of succeeding together over several seasons.

Three players who could play important roles in that project are Carlos Baleba, Kobbie Mainoo and Leny Yoro.

Baleba could bring the physical presence, energy and aggression United need in midfield. The Cameroonian is known for his ability to compete for possession, disrupt opposition attacks and cover ground effectively. With the right tactical setup, he could provide the defensive strength that allows United’s creative players to operate with greater freedom.

Mainoo offers a different set of qualities. The academy graduate possesses composure, close control and the ability to retain possession under pressure. His intelligence and passing could complement Baleba’s physical attributes, potentially giving United a midfield partnership capable of balancing defensive responsibility with technical quality.

At the back, Yoro represents another important building block. The young French defender has considerable room to develop, but United must be patient with his progress. Regular opportunities, quality coaching and an experienced defensive partner could help him become a dependable figure at Old Trafford.

Imagine Baleba winning possession, Mainoo controlling the midfield and Yoro growing into a defensive leader. Together, they could form part of a promising foundation for the club’s future.

However, potential alone will not guarantee success. United need consistent coaching, intelligent recruitment and a clear playing philosophy that allows young players to develop without unnecessary pressure.

Recent disappointing results have reinforced the need for improvement, but rebuilding should not mean constantly starting over. The club must identify its best young talents, strengthen weaker positions and give the project enough time to succeed.

Baleba, Mainoo and Yoro could all have important roles to play, provided United give them the right environment to fulfil their potential.

THE FUTURE OF MANCHESTER UNITED NEEDS A PLAN, NOT MORE EMPTY PROMISES!
