Carlos Baleba has reportedly wanted a move to Manchester United since last summer

Carlos Baleba is reportedly still determined to join Manchester United, with the Brighton midfielder said to have made Old Trafford his preferred destination.

The Cameroon international is understood to have given the green light to a move when United first pursued him last summer, with personal terms reportedly agreed at the time.

Baleba’s desire for the transfer is said to have remained unchanged, as he continues to dream of making the switch to Manchester despite the deal not being completed previously.

Manchester United are now preparing to return with a fresh proposal for Brighton, as they look to negotiate an agreement and finally bring the highly-rated midfielder to Old Trafford.
