Manchester United coach has been sacked after clashing out with INEOS over a disagreement which almost lead to a big fight with INEOS and staffs with the board

Manchester United are reportedly evaluating their managerial situation as pressure mounts on Ruben Amorim following a string of disappointing results. Since taking charge in November, Amorim has struggled to impose his philosophy, with United securing only five league wins, alongside three draws and eight defeats. This poor form has left them languishing in 14th place, potentially setting them up for their worst Premier League finish since its inception in 1992.

With growing concerns over the team’s direction, the club is said to be considering potential replacements should Amorim’s tenure be cut short. One name being linked is Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi, whose contract is set to expire next year. Reports suggest that United are keeping a close watch on the Italian manager, though they are not alone in their interest. Tottenham Hotspur are also reportedly monitoring Inzaghi as they assess their own coaching situation.

Despite the speculation, a managerial change does not appear imminent. Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a minority owner at the club, has publicly backed Amorim, highlighting the difficult circumstances he has faced since arriving at Old Trafford. Ratcliffe acknowledged the challenges of stepping into a new league mid-season, inheriting a squad he did not assemble, and managing one of the biggest clubs in the world.
