FIFA has officially announced the dismissal of the officials and referees from the recent Real Madrid vs. Mallorca match. This decision comes after the referee Five Offside calls in favour of Mallorca

Kylian Mbappe’s impressive form continues to be a highlight for Real Madrid, but the French superstar’s recent match against Mallorca was marked by controversy. Despite his team’s 2-0 win, Mbappe had two goals disallowed by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) due to offside infractions.

The first goal, scored in the eighth minute of the game, was ruled out by VAR after a thorough review. The decision was made based on a marginal offside call, with Mbappe’s shoulder and sleeve barely crossing the line. Mbappe took to social media to share the image that VAR used to confirm the offside decision, potentially hinting that he felt hard done by the call.

This wasn’t the only instance of Mbappe’s goal being disallowed, as he found the net again in the first half, only to have it ruled out by VAR due to offside. In the second instance, the decision seemed more straightforward, with Mbappe appearing to be at least a foot offside.

Despite these setbacks, Mbappe’s form remains impressive, with three goals in the opening two games of the season. His performance against Mallorca further solidified his position as a key player for Real Madrid. The controversy surrounding the VAR decisions, however, has sparked debate and discussion among fans and pundits alike.

Mbappe’s decision to share the image of the offside call on social media has added fuel to the fire, with many interpreting it as a subtle hint that he felt the decision was incorrect. Regardless of the outcome, Mbappe’s talent and dedication to the sport are undeniable, and he continues to be a driving force behind Real Madrid’s success.
