However, after that, they offered very little.” He criticized their lack of urgency, adding, “Ipswich deserved their equalizer. United started brilliantly but then just sat back, inviting pressure. What are they waiting for? Go and impose yourself on the game.”
Keane also pointed to a troubling pattern in United’s recent displays. “Teams don’t fear United anymore,” he stated. “They allow their opponents to gain confidence. That’s exactly what happened here—Ipswich believed they could get something, and they did.”
His remarks highlight broader concerns about United’s struggles to maintain control and dictate the tempo of matches.
