Ronaldo, a former star at both Real Madrid and Manchester United, stressed that Amorim should set his sights high from the outset. Reflecting on his own issues with Ten Hag—especially regarding the manager’s tempered approach to United’s Premier League and Champions League ambitions—Ronaldo argued that the manager of United must always aim to compete for top honors.
