Formal man united player has been constantly critised by his ex captain Bruno Fernandes.Jordan Sancho saw Fermandes comment on his Instagram early this morning and was not pleased with it.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes responded to Jadon Sancho’s Instagram post celebrating his Man of the Match performance in his Chelsea debut against Bournemouth. Sancho, who came on for Pedro Neto at halftime, made a notable impact on the left wing and provided the assist for Christopher Nkunku’s decisive goal.

Currently on loan to Chelsea from Manchester United, Sancho shared his excitement on Instagram, posting: “Thrilled to make my @chelseafc debut, and even better with a win.”

Fernandes, who was Sancho’s captain at Old Trafford, commented on the post, saying: “What a player you are 🔥 keep smiling.”

However, Fernandes’ comment sparked mixed reactions from fans. One fan commented, “Be serious, Bruno,” while another bluntly wrote, “Delete.” Other fans expressed disappointment with remarks like, “Are you joking, Bruno?!” and “What kind of captain are you 😂? Roy Keane would have pulled you out by the collar for this.” Another critic added, “He’s disrespected the club and its fans.”

In contrast, some defended Fernandes, with one fan saying, “He’s just supporting his friend…? This is the issue with today’s world.”

Fernandes had earlier contributed an assist in Manchester United’s 3-0 victory over Southampton. Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca appeared to subtly criticize United’s manager Erik Ten Hag, who had sidelined Sancho after a public spat over training discipline. Maresca commented, “I believe Jadon needs support. That’s what I saw when we spoke before he joined us. He’s eager to prove himself, but the key is to enjoy the game. When players are happy, they perform better.”

Chelsea’s next match is against West Ham, while Manchester United will play Crystal Palace.
