According to a poll, an astounding majority of Manchester City supporters think the team should tie Pep Guardiola down to a new contract their first focus.
The contract of the City manager expires at the end of current season; he is still to draft a fresh agreement. Having joined the club in 2016, he has earned eighteen major honors, six Premier League trophies among them.

Regarding City’s expectations for this season, an outstanding 83% of voters think City will keep their Premier League championship and claim a fifth consecutive title. Still, half of people say Liverpool is the team they most worry about, while 42% choose Arsenal.
With 40% of respondents indicating they are “not frightened at all” about the current state of affairs, the narrative of the 115 Premier League accusations City is facing does not seem to be alarming enough off the pitch. Forty-four percent of respondents indicated they are “slightly worried”. Just sixteen percent chose “extremely worried”.
City vehemently refutes all allegations made against them, but should they be proven guilty of the claimed violations, 45 percent of voters think the club’s penalty would be a fine. Of all the votes, just eight percent think they will be demoted from the Premier League.
