He further noted, “The inconsistency from last season has carried over into this one. There’s no noticeable improvement in how Ten Hag wants the team to perform. Different players, same lack of progress. I don’t like seeing anyone lose their job, but Ten Hag isn’t the right person for United.”
Sheringham concluded by predicting that Ten Hag won’t last the season, stating, “Do I think he’ll be here by season’s end? No, I think he’ll be gone by Christmas.”
