Ian Wright names ONE Man United last summer signing which has weakened the team’s strength

Former Ian Wright has taken aim at Manchester United over one of their recent transfer decisions, arguing that the club seriously misjudged the situation.

According to him, United weakened themselves by allowing their standout performer from last season to depart, only to bring in a replacement who hasn’t matched that level. He believes the move has backfired, leaving the squad worse off instead of strengthened.

Wright didn’t hold back in his assessment, describing the signing as one of the poorest the club has made in the last ten years, and insisting that letting their key player leave in the first place was a major error.
