Spanish Club Athletico Madrid is Set to offer FLOP player Joao Felix in Exchange of City Star boy

According to HITC Football, Atletico Madrid is “willing to offering” Joao Felix to acquire Manchester City attacker Julian Alvarez.

The former Chelsea loanee is not in Atletico’s plans after returning from a stint with Barcelona, and the Premier League champions might sign the Portuguese international.

At the time, however, there is little indication that the Cityzens are interested in recruiting Felix, especially given their desire to maintain Alvarez.

According to HITC, Pep Guardiola’s team is sure that the Argentinian attacker is not for sale, despite Atletico’s desire.

Why is Atletico still trying to buy Alvarez?
The La Liga side is well aware that the 24-year-old is dissatisfied at the Etihad. According to reports, the striker wants to become a more essential component of the club.

Despite starting 39 games in all competitions last season, Alvarez missed some key games, notably the two legs against Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals and the last four Premier League games.

Atletico also believes that Alvarez is interested in moving to the Wanda Metropolitano. With neither Real Madrid nor Barcelona said to be interested in signing him, he understands that Atletico is his only choice if he wants to play for a Spanish team.

The City’s valuation is likely to make discussions long and contentious.
Atletico are reported to be ready to pay £70 million for Alvarez if Felix is not included in their bid, and that figure is anticipated to be far lower than City’s asking price.

With Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain all unlikely to engage in a bidding war, Atletico may believe they can stick to their guns in terms of the amount they are willing to spend.
