First Chelsea player responds to Enzo Fernandez posting video of Argentina players singing ‘r@cist chant

When Enzo Fernandez posted a video of Argentina teammates performing a “racist chant,” the first Chelsea player responded.
In response to Enzo Fernandez being caught on camera performing a racist song directed against the France national team, the first Chelsea player has replied.
“They play for France, but their parents are from Angola,” is the racist taunt. Their father is Nigerian, while their mother is from Cameroon. However, French is included on their passport.”
On a team bus, a number of Argentina players can be heard screaming the song. It appears that the chant began at the conclusion of an Instagram live before the Chelsea midfielder was told to cease recording.
The French Football Federation filed a formal complaint and issued a statement denouncing the chant.
Several French players play for Chelsea, like as Wesley Fofana, who has boldly criticized a fellow teammate on social media.
With three facepalming emojis and the comment, “Football in 2024: unfettered racism,” he shared a video of Fernandez doing the chant.
Furthermore, it appears that both Fofana and his French colleagues Malo Gusto and Axel Disasi from Chelsea have unfollowed Fernandez on Instagram.
They are not the only French players at Chelsea, as the team also has Christopher Nkunku, Malang Sarr, and Benoit Badiashile on its roster.
Enzo Maresca, the new manager of Chelsea, appears to have a problem because the team started preseason before the 2024–2025 season.
