The transfer of Jarrad Branthwaite to Manchester United has finally been finalized after the third offer was approved. The player is currently in Manchester to undergo a medical checkup as a new signing for Manchester United; welcome to Old Trafford. YES❗️YES‼️ YES‼️❗️ We can now go from here 😳🙀❤️

After securing an extended contract at Old Trafford until June 2026, the Dutch manager is eager to strengthen his defensive line following Manchester United’s worst defensive season since 1978/79.

Following Raphael Varane’s departure, Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite has been identified as a potential signing, alongside Bayern Munich’s Matthijs de Ligt and Lille’s Leny Yoro.

Manchester United’s initial bid of £35 million for Branthwaite was swiftly rejected by Everton, who are holding out for over £70 million. Despite subsequent offers including add-ons totaling £45 million, Everton remains steadfast in their valuation.

The 21-year-old, who played 35 Premier League games for Everton last season, is highly valued by his current club, akin to players like Josko Gvardiol, Wesley Fofana, and Harry Maguire. Everton is unlikely to lower their asking price until later in the transfer window.

Despite not making England’s preliminary Euro 2024 squad, Branthwaite remains a pivotal figure for Everton, making him a prime target for Ten Hag and Manchester United as they prepare for the upcoming season.
