Manchester City Star Julian Alvarez has finally responded to the rumours flying around after he was being linked to Chelsea

Julian Alvarez replies to potential Chelsea relocation as Blues seal a £42 million deal for forward – CHELSEA 247.
The 24-year-old City forward has had two amazing seasons at the Etihad, netting 19 goals in their Premier League title-winning 2023–24 campaign and 17 goals in their treble-winning 2022–23 campaign, therefore setting a record.
Though he mostly covered for Golden Boot winner Erling Haaland, just seven Manchester City players played more minutes than the Argentine last season.
Haaland has scored an amazing 90 goals in 98 games for City, hence it seems doubtful that Alvarez could beat him. Haaland may, however, depart the Etihad in search of consistent playing time, reports have surfaced.
Several teams, including Chelsea, who gave top priority on recruiting a new attacker this summer following Nicolas Jackson’s disappointing performance, apparently were after the 24-year-old.
Alvarez has already, however, declared he is delighted to stay with the Citizens past this summer, therefore negating any conjecture he may make about moving to West London.
Alvarez remarked in an ESPN interview, “These are things mentioned, but at City I am calm, comfortable, and pleased. We shall see what transpires.
As they search for a potential successor for Kylian Mbappe, who finished his trip to Real Madrid last week, Paris Saint-Germain were also said to have been connected with Alvarez.
CHELSEA Agree Durations:
Based on Colombian sources, CHELSEA has signed Aston Villa forward Jhon Duran on a £42 million contract.
Although we had indicated that we would want to buy Duran during the January transfer window, Aston Villa had no intention of allowing the star to depart half way through an incredibly exciting season, hence we failed to get a transfer deal done.
But the team is looking for a new striker this summer, and based on Guillermo Arango of Colombia, they have lately negotiated a deal with Villa over a £42 million purchase price.
According to Arango, Duran is under contract negotiations right now.
Speaking last month, Duran’s agent Jonathan Herrera indicated the striker was dissatisfied with his lack of Villa playing time.
“He is a player with a contract with Aston Villa; he ended up doing rather well and the coach is depending on him; this is a team that, having entered the Champions League presents a fantastic chance, but we know he wants to play, he wants to go out and play, we are going to see.” Hermérón told El VBar Caracol.
‘Now the market is opening up; the club is looking at certain alternatives; so are we.
