Benjamin Sesko responds to Manchester United transfer interest as release clause increases
Arsenal’s pursuit of Benjamin Sesko is proving to be more challenging than anticipated, with the striker’s release clause at RB Leipzig reportedly increasing ahead of the summer transfer window. Initially valued at £49.5 million (€60m), the clause has now risen to over £66 million (€80m), triggered by his performances throughout the season. The 21-year-old has impressed with 13 goals in the Bundesliga, and his contract includes a variable clause that adjusts based on his appearances, goals, and assists.

Adding to the intrigue, Jurgen Klopp—who now serves in an advisory role within the Red Bull football group—has praised Sesko’s talent and potential, noting that he’s followed the player since his time at Salzburg. This kind of endorsement only boosts Sesko’s profile further.
