Chelsea Star Player Thiago Silva has announced the Club he will be joining after his departure from Stamford Bridge this morning

Thiago Silva took a harsh tone toward his Chelsea teammates when he left the team, calling them out for having “egos” in the locker room.

Silva, 39, will leave Stamford Bridge next month when his deal runs out. He has had four crazy seasons with the Blues. In his first season, the Brazilian defender helped Chelsea win the Champions League. However, in his third and fourth seasons, Chelsea has fallen behind the top teams in the Premier League.

After seeing how Graham Potter failed last season and how Mauricio Pochettino is having a tough time this season, Silva has told those who will stay at Chelsea after he leaves to put their egos aside for the good of the team.

The 39-year-old told Sky Sports, “These boys need to know that Chelsea has to fight for the top spots.” Let’s put our pride aside and work together instead. I think it will work. “Unfortunately, things won’t change much if we don’t do that.”

Silva said, “I know what it means to wear a Chelsea shirt, you know.” He has already agreed to return to his old team Fluminense when the Brazilian transfer window starts on July 10. I hope the boys here today know that everything they did to get to Chelsea had to be worth it.

“Because our season isn’t good enough for Chelsea.” It’s not. Also, I think they need to do more next year. When you watch the games, you’ll see that the fans never left the team. We were eighth or ninth, right? There were always fans there.

“They booed us a little at the end of the game, but they’re always in the stands with 40,000 to 45,000 people.” People in our country know that they could throw rocks at us if we were somewhere else.
