Erig Ten Hag Drags Bruno Fernandez away From Sky Sports Interview As he was discussing his Man United Future

United has had a rough season, but the Portuguese player has been one of their bright spots. He was back in the starting lineup for their last home game of the 2023–24 season.

He created five chances and 11 important plays into the final third, which is typical of the 29-year-old’s creative play. He was named Player of the Match.

Reports say that many teams want to sign the player before the summer transfer window opens because he has been so important for United lately.

A story from the Manchester Evening News says that Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are “interested” in Fernandes. In fact, Cristiano Ronaldo just recently told a friend of his to join Al Nassr.

After United beat Newcastle on Wednesday night, Fernandes talked about how tough their season has been and how determined he is to beat Manchester City in this month’s FA Cup final.

The job is clearly not done yet. “The FA Cup final is the biggest game of the season, and we still have one game in the Premier League,” he told Sky Sports.

“This season has been hard.” We all know that because the table shows it. All season, the people have been great and been behind us. Everyone here is grateful for what they’ve done for us.

“We want to change and do better, and the fans deserve that.”
Fernandes said, “They’ve been great for us, and we had to do something. We’ve been trying, but the results don’t show it.” Even though everyone has worked hard and done their best, it’s not enough. We need to do more.

They then asked the player if he would “lead this club to where they want to be” in his talk after the game.

Fernandes went on, “I will stay here until I say so; the club needs to want me.”

“As I already said, I don’t want to be a player the club doesn’t want to have because I think they want me, too.” “I will leave if they don’t want me for some reason, but…”

Fernandes was about to finish his sentence when Erik ten Hag pulled him away from the talk so he could do the lap of honor with the team.

A short time later, Sky Sports chose to show Ten Hag’s speech to the people at Old Trafford.

Here is some video evidence that you can hear some boos.

He said, “I want to thank you all for your great support this season.” “You already know it wasn’t an easy season, but one thing stayed the same: your support for the team.”
