Erik ten Hag’s time at Man United is coming to an end after Sir Jim Ratcliffe has announced VERY SAD news for him this evening

Reports say that Manchester United is almost ready to decide what to do with Erik ten Hag after their FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry.

There was a 3-3 tie after extra time at Wembley, but United won on penalties.

Ten Hag was worried about how the final win happened, though, because United went up 3-0 and were in charge of the game before giving up near the end of the second half.

It wasn’t too different from a few other games United has played this season, though the fact that their most recent game was against Championship teams will have been the biggest worry.

At Wembley, majority owners Avram and Joel Glazer, minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, and the team’s new technical director, Jason Wilcox, who is thought to be reviewing Ten Hag’s work, were all there.

Now, Neil Custis of The Sun says that United’s leaders are likely to fire Ten Hag even if they beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final.

According to the story, it is “looking increasingly unlikely” that the Dutchman will be in charge next season. Ratcliffe’s decision not to back Ten Hag in public at this point is also seen as working against him.

The United boss told the club’s official website that getting his team to the FA Cup final for the second straight season was a “big success,” but he also said that they needed to do better.

“We were in complete charge for a long time, but in the end we gave it away,” he said.

“We were tough because we won the penalty shootout.” We were in charge for 75 minutes, and I have to praise Coventry for what they did in the last 15 minutes.
