Manchester City owner has named Pep Guardiola replacement if he leaves Manchester City this summer

Roberto De Zerbi says there is one thing about Man City that he doesn’t agree with Pep Guardiola.
A few days ago, Pep Guardiola, the boss of Manchester City, said something that Roberto De Zerbi doesn’t agree with.

The Manchester club’s next game will be in the Premier League on Thursday, when they travel to Brighton & Hove Albion. This comes after two big games in the FA Cup and the Champions League.

The Seagulls boss talked about one thing he and Guardiola don’t agree on before the game.

Guardiola said that his players were very tired in last weekend’s FA Cup match because they had played 120 minutes against Real Madrid just three days before, which is what De Zerbi said in his latest press conference before tomorrow’s game at the AMEX Stadium.

“Are they tired?” he asked. I don’t think so. They have a lot of games, they just played Chelsea on Saturday, and they have another one tomorrow, Thursday.

Last week, City played Carlo Ancelotti’s team and tied 1-1. They had 33 shots on goal and 846 perfect passes, but lost on penalties. We think this would have been very hard on the players, both physically and mentally.

It makes sense for Guardiola to think that his players weren’t ready to play against Chelsea after traveling to Wembley three days later to play in a semi-final. Chelsea has one of the smaller teams in the Premier League.

Do you think De Zerbi is right to question Guardiola?
It’s true that De Zerbi says City play a lot of games during the season, but we think that any team would have a hard time with playing 120 minutes and then having to play at Wembley three days later.

Looking ahead to Thursday’s game, I hope that everyone on the City team has had enough time to rest and is ready to play their best in order to win another Premier League title.
