Manchester City Pep Guardiola is keen on signing €115 million-rated star to improve Manchester City’s midfield personal terms has been agreed with the player almost done deal

Reports say that Pep Guardiola wants to sign Newcastle United striker Bruno Guimaraes for Manchester City.

Since moving to the Premier League from Lyon in January 2022 for an estimated €42.10 million, the Brazilian number six has been very good. From a deep middle position, he’s played 97 times for the Magpies and scored 13 goals and set up another six.

Fichajes.net says that it would cost more than €100 million to buy the 26-year-old player. Newcastle United will try to keep Guimaraes even though the price is high, pushing other teams to meet the player’s €115 million release option (via PSG Talk).

Guimaraes is one of the most important people on the team and is under contract with his present employer until 2028. With Manchester City’s recent success, a move to the Etihad might be appealing, but the Brazilian would likely have to play second fiddle to Rodri in that spot.

It might seem risky to join the Premier League and European winners if you don’t have any guarantees about playing time. Even so, it won’t be easy to get the player because a number of other European teams also seem to be interested in him.

Another thing that story says is that Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Chelsea have all thought about signing the Newcastle United player. This season, Guimaraes has played in 40 games across all categories and scored three goals and set up seven others.

After all he has done, the Magpies are still 10th in the league and won’t be in the top four like they were last year. This might make the skilled player think about what he can do.

John Stones, a defender for Manchester City, might not be able to play in their Premier League match against Arsenal on Sunday (March 31). The Gunners are in first place in the league, but City is only one point behind them. This weekend, City will try to pass the north London team.

When Stones played for his country against Belgium in a friendly on Tuesday (March 26), he hurt a muscle.

Stones only played 10 minutes against Belgium before being taken off and replaced by Joe Gomez, a defender for Liverpool. The Daily Star says that the center-back is having a hard time getting back to full health before Arsenal comes to Manchester (via Metro).

The 29-year-old has played 22 times for Manchester City this season in all competitions and has scored a goal and set up another. He has already missed 12 games for both his club and his country this season because of a hip problem.
