“He is the only striker we have and we would’nt want anything to happen to him. They need to be arrested for calling him a walking dead all because they are afraid that he will score against Liverpool”- Man Utd fan channel sent death threats over Rasmus Hojlund interview as United Stand host told ‘he’s a dead man walking’. “🗣If anything happens to Him, they are to be blamed”.😲😡💔

Following an interview with Rasmus Hojlund, The United Stand, a Manchester United fan channel, faced a barrage of death threats directed at its host, Mark Goldbridge.

The backlash stemmed from Hojlund’s decision to engage with the outspoken fan channel, raising eyebrows among his teammates due to the channel’s history of criticizing players.

The situation escalated to the point of death threats against Goldbridge, prompting a police investigation. Security measures were increased, and Greater Manchester Police are looking into the matter.

Goldbridge lamented the threatening behavior, denouncing the toxic environment on social media. This isn’t the first time he’s faced criticism, having previously been accused of supporting Nottingham Forest and drawing ire for his critiques of the club and players like Harry Maguire.

Meanwhile, Hojlund, recovering from an injury setback, is set to rejoin Erik ten Hag’s squad for United’s FA Cup clash against Liverpool after an impressive run of form, which saw him break a Premier League record as the youngest player to score in six consecutive games.
