David De Gea has finally given a positive response to Manchester United’s call back, and he has stated that he will return to the club, but only on one condition. David de Gea is quite prepared to return to Manchester United, provided that the club as a whole is able to at least adhere to this straightforward condition that he desires. 😪

The renowned Premier League powerhouse seems poised to rewind the clock on their goalkeeper situation, with rumors swirling about a humiliating reversal for the Red Devils.

During the summer, they bid farewell to Spanish shot-stopper De Gea, opting to invest a hefty £48 million ($58 million) in Onana, a Cameroonian international.

Despite initially struggling and making costly errors, Onana managed to salvage some respect with a crucial penalty save in stoppage time during a Champions League clash against FC Copenhagen.

Nevertheless, the new custodian at Old Trafford has failed to fill the shoes of his predecessor.

Recent reports suggest that United is ready to admit their error in letting De Gea go and are actively seeking to bring the 32-year-old back, despite his current club-less status.

De Gea, who spent twelve illustrious years at the club, holds the record for the most clean sheets and has made 545 appearances for the Red Devils.

With Onana set to depart for international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations in January, United is optimistic about securing a short-term return for De Gea to provide cover. Additionally, the acquisition of Altay Bayindir during the summer offers an alternative, but being a newcomer to the Premier League, United seeks an experienced talent to bolster their goalkeeping options.
