Rumors surrounding Mbappe’s future at Paris Saint-Germain intensified when reports emerged suggesting that the 25-year-old had made a decision to leave the club after the current season. The Athletic reported that Mbappe had informed PSG of his intention to depart. In a video that surfaced online, the young United supporter asked Brailsford if they could acquire Mbappe, to which Brailsford hinted that the Frenchman seemed inclined towards joining Real Madrid.
Mbappe’s future has been a topic of speculation, especially after he famously rejected a move to Madrid in 2022 and opted to extend his contract with PSG instead. Although there were rumors linking Mbappe to Liverpool, The Independent revealed that Liverpool decided against making an offer due to concerns about his salary exceeding their wage structure.
