In a video with GOAL (via Twitter), the Chelsea legend was asked to draw comparisons between the former Everton manager and a number of legendary midfielders, including De Bruyne.

During his illustrious season with Manchester City in 2014–2015, Frank Lampard finished with 11 goals and six assists in all competitions.

Given his remarkable influence at the Etihad Stadium, a discussion concerning De Bruyne’s place among the greatest in English football has arisen in recent years.

However, John Terry feels that Frank Lampard, a former teammate from Chelsea and England, was a better midfielder than Kevin De Bruyne.
