Manchester city has completed the first signing of the January transfer window and medicals have been booked already
The first move that Man City makes in January is now official.
Man City is currently in third place in the Premier League. If they win their game in hand, they will only be two points behind Liverpool, who is currently in first place.
Pep Guardiola is great at getting his players to play their best at the right time of the season, a lot like how Sir Alex Ferguson used to do it for Manchester United.
As we saw last season, the Cityzens are happy to wait while they watch their prey. In February or March, they speed up to pass everyone else.
They have already had a small setback that threw them off, but Guardiola probably doesn’t think that will bother him.
City wants to become the first team in Premier League history to win the title four times in a row. Their current three-year winning streak is similar to United’s in 1998–99, 1999–2000, 2000–01, and 2006–07, 2007–08, and 2008–09.
Especially since the club will also be trying to repeat their wins in the European and FA Cup competitions, it would be a big deal.
Zack Steffen, the goalie, will not be playing in any more games for the club.
A post from the official Man City X account says that the caretaker has been sold to the Colorado Rapids of the Major League Soccer.
