Since the draw for the final 16 will take place on Monday morning, Manchester City now knows who they could play in the Champions League knockout stages.

In the other matches that happened on Wednesday night, there were still a few spots up for grabs, but those last worries have already been taken care of. Two potential rivals for City are PSG and Inter Milan, who they defeated in the previous season’s championship game.
“If you talk about qualification, then it’s a great night,” City manager Pep Guardiola said following the victory over Crvena Zvezda, following their earlier victory over RB Leipzig. We were the first in our group to arrive in February.
