Sadio Mané, a striker for Al-Nassr and Senegal, has bought a team in the fourth level of French football called Bourges Foot 18.
The former Liverpool star is said to have wanted to invest in a football team for a while. According to ESPN, his friendship with Cheikh Sylla, the former head of Bourges Foot 18, made him more likely to choose the French team.

Mané is said to have given the team some money to help them buy players during the summer transfer window. However, Wednesday’s announcement makes him the official owner of the team, which was accepted by Yann Galut, the mayor of the city.
The French football team Bourges Foot 18 plays in the Championnat National, Group B, which is the country’s fourth league. They are based in the middle of Paris.
The team is in second place in Group B of the tournament, even though they have only won one game so far. In France, they have never done better than the second level.
The club was only started in 2021, so Mane plans to take them on a great trip in the years to come.
