Arsenal is no longer a home for LAZY players anymore,’ says Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke

Stan Kroenke, the owner of Arsenal, claims that the club is no longer a haven for players who are lazy.

Arsenal had a successful transfer window, adding Declan Rice, who set a new club record, as well as Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber, and David Raya.

All of the newcomers appear to have been thoughtful and conscientious hires who were largely acquired to strengthen the Gunners squad in various positions.

Rice has adjusted beautifully to his new life in north London, especially after scoring the crucial second goal against Man United at the weekend.

However, one former record signing never actually done it.

Nicolas Pepe had long been seen as a regular starter for Arsenal; in truth, the £72 million Frenchman spent the whole 2017–18 campaign on loan at Nice.

There is obviously a need to get rid of him right away because he has no future at the Emirates Stadium and because his alleged £140,000 weekly salary (per Capology) is depleting the club’s finances.

Fortunately, according to 90Min, Besiktas of the Turkish Super Lig may be able to assist.

There is still time to complete a deal because the Turkish transfer window is still open.

According to the source, Pepe has acknowledged that his future lies outside of the club and that a transfer would, for the time being, benefit all parties.
