Mauricio Pochettino has just announced this morning that struggling Chelsea Star Mykhailo Mudryk will be loaned out to this Premier League club

For a struggling Chelsea player who hasn’t been able to “live up to the hype,” a pundit has named the “perfect club.”

Mykhailo Mudryk could benefit from being loaned out by Chelsea to gain more playing time.

Stan Collymore, a former attacker for Liverpool and Aston Villa, feels that the Ukraine international is far too “inexperienced” to be a regular starter for Chelsea, even if the Londoners just paid £88.5 million (Sky Sports) for him to recruit him less than a year ago.

Mudryk, 22, has had a very difficult time adjusting to life at Stamford Bridge. In his first 21 outings across all competitions, he has yet to score a goal. Under Mauricio Pochettino, the winger has only managed two assists, making him a periphery player who struggles to get consecutive starts.

In addition, given the attacker’s lackluster play, Collymore believes that a surprise January loan move for the 22-year-old would be the wisest course of action. This is supported by recent reports, like this one from Fichajes.

“In an exclusive interview, I truly believe that’s a great idea,” the former professional stated.

Remember that he is a young player who, prior to joining Chelsea for around £90 million, appeared in just 44 games for Shakhtar Donetsk. While some athletes can live up to the anticipation, Mudryk has so far fallen well short. Even though he is only 22 years old, he still has a lot of potential to reach, but more games must be played before Chelsea can consider him their first-choice left winger. It’s only that he lacks experience.

Collymore went on to claim that Borussia Dortmund would be the ideal place for Chelsea’s underperforming number 10 to improve his play. This move might assist the winger get back on track.

He went on, “I think he needs to step down a level and play for a team where the expectation to win is just as high as it is at Chelsea.”

“I believe Borussia Dortmund could be the ideal club to get Mudryk firing and on the right track to becoming the player he has the potential to be, whether or not they’d have him is another matter.”
