Watch as Osasuna fans hurl insults at Mason Greenwood during his Getafe debut.
On transfer deadline day, Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood joined Getafe on loan for the rest of the season.
The move generated outrage, with many criticising the Spanish club for signing him.
This is due to the past abuse claims filed against him. Greenwood has not appeared in a Manchester United match since December 2021.
After all accusations against him were dropped, United decided to restore him, but they quickly reversed their decision due to a massive response from their own fans.
He eventually went on loan to Getafe, who have totally accepted the young striker despite his background.
And he made his debut for the club against Osasuna earlier today, coming off the bench in the 77th minute to a great ovation from the Getafe fans.
However, it was the Osasuna fans who made their views known to the player by chanting “Greenwood, die” at him.

The harsh chants from Osasuna fans are not unusual, nor will they be the only ones to target the former Manchester United player. He will have to deal with it for the rest of his career.
