Real Madrid C.F. is considering a £56 Million Manchester City star player as a potential target if Mbappe Deals fail

A Manchester City star is being considered as a potential target by Real Madrid.
Real Madrid completed a team revamp over the summer, but one crucial position still requires reinforcement: striker. Real Madrid is yet to identify a viable successor for Karim Benzema, who left at the end of the previous season. While Joselu’s entrance is a tactical move, he may not be the frontline leader Carlo Ancelotti’s team needs to compete for all major titles.

The initial expectation was that Real Madrid would sign a world-class forward to fill the vacuum left by Benzema. The club has been connected to the likes of Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, Dusan Vlahovic, Randal Kolo Muani, and others. However, the only striker they were able to secure was Joselu, who was on loan from Espanyol.

Real Madrid has been linked to Erling Haaland in recent speculations, but it appears they are also interested in one of his Manchester City teammates.

According to Fichajes (via Caught Offside), Real Madrid is keeping an eye on Julian Alvarez, a talented striker from Manchester City who has made Ancelotti’s shortlist.

Last season, Alvarez struggled to secure regular appearances for Manchester City, but this season, he appears to be an integral part of Pep Guardiola’s plans.

The Argentine, who is only 23 years old, is recognized as one of the world’s most gifted young players. He has already had considerable success at both the club and international levels, and he was instrumental in Argentina’s recent World Cup victory.

Bringing in a player like Alvarez would be a wise move for Real Madrid. However, completing a deal for the Argentine may prove difficult, especially given his increasing playing time with Manchester City.
