Declan Rice takes things a bit too far as he Disrespects and Insults former club in the media after enjoying a fantastic start to life at Arsenal as Pundit says He’s not a World-class player until he… (more details below).

A Euro football expert says Arsenal fans have been far too premature over Declan Rice after his West Ham exit.

Traditionally there has never been any great rivalry between West Ham and Arsenal. But one is certainly festering in the wake of Declan Rice’s move from east to north London.

Now it is fair to say there is no love lost between the two clubs following that £105m move from the Hammers to the Gunners.

Some West Ham supporters have been disappointed by comments from Rice since he left for Arsenal.

The midfielder delivered a damning indictment of David Moyes with some of his comments since the switch to the Emirates.

Gunners fans quickly see what West Ham have been saying all along:

The former Hammers skipper Rice has raved about how much better the training and football is and says the Arsenal way under his new boss Mikel Arteta is another world to the West Ham way under Moyes.

Rice has said he ‘already sees football in a completely different way’.

Whether intentional or not, the comments have painted Moyes as something of a football dinosaur.

And after scoring his first goal for the club in the win over Man United, Rice’s comments that “the old me would have passed there” have rankled with some West Ham supporters who feel it infers the club who gave him a platform were somehow holding him back.

Moyes recently nibbled back at his former skipper, who he praised as a player and character, by claiming West Ham are a better team following their post-Rice rebuild.

Euro football expert says Arsenal fans have been far too premature over Declan Rice after his West Ham exit:

Arsenal supporters – as West Ham fans predicted – have instantly fallen head over heels for Rice.

And many of them have been lauding him as the best central midfielder in world football.

But they need to cool their jets according to Dougie Critchley of Football Daily and Sky Sports.

Critchley is well versed on Europe’s top leagues and talents.

And the Euro football expert says Arsenal fans have been far too premature over Rice after his West Ham exit.

‘I’m seeing a lot of hype for Rice, but…’
Critchley said Rice cannot be called the best in the world until he has proved himself in the Champions League.

“I’m seeing a lot of hype for Rice and rightly so, he’s just scored a crucial goal in a massive game and has started superbly,” Critchley said.

“But talk of him being the best in the world is premature.

“(Bayern Munich star Joshua) Kimmich and (Man City’s) Rodri have won Champions Leagues, Rice hasn’t played in it yet.

“Patience.”

The irony of the Rice fanfare from some Arsenal fans will not be lost on West Ham supporters.

Hammers fans have been pointing out how many of those now lauding Rice were labelling him over-hyped while he played for them.
